Hi, I'm Lelly...

  I am so grateful that you would like to know more, thank you for your interest and time. I will throw down some facts about myself and my journey, I would also love to hear yours! 

I am 36 years young and grew up in the suburbs of Philly. At 12, my life changed forever when I went to my first Phish show with my parents, brother and friends. That was a real “vibe” I felt, that I never have before. I knew immediately that this scene was really onto something, creating joy space. I am still touring (as I can per the pandemic) chasing those songs, chasing that vibe. This is the exact service that I am offering, how to create your own Phish concert, your own feeling of riding a mountain, climbing a cliff, making art, all between you and your mind. I call that a “joy space” and to get there you have to “vibe up” big time.

My journey with this work began coming off of 2019 Phish tour. I went on summer, fall and the MSG run this year. On 12/30 Phish showed me loud and clear that I can run all I want to but what do I think is actually awaiting me? Fear is the only thing standing in your way. A trapped mind is the creation of that fear. We are the ones who hold our own lives hostage, built through experiences or lack thereof. In the same regard, we are the only ones who can truly free ourselves. 

I was just starting to move through these new realities and toying with the idea of seeing life differently when COVID-19 hit. This sent most of us into a real tailspin, for obvious reasons. At first, I fed into that fear, froze up and was left feeling confused. When there was only a shred of light left, I knew I had two choices. I could grab that last little bit or give up completely. Well, from that show on 12/30, the message I saw, “There must be something more than this” and with that, I grabbed that light beam like CK5 himself created it just for me. I threw myself into the forest, I listened to the album “Ghost of the Forest” over and over again, until I understood I am the ghost of the forest, the girl of the forest. All of these songs (aside from “Friend”) are not about someone we lost, they are about OURSELVES. Wow, now layer that “joy space” of using my mind and body in the forest with Phish…now you’re talking!! 

Spending 40 hours a week for 6 months observing in the forest alone taught me so much. When you are alone, especially in an environment that is untouched by humanity, you cannot speak, you cannot do much at all but learn and adapt.  I was able to back my brain up, out of what our society taught us, and learn from the ecosystem.  Everything there must coexist, or survive if there is a threat. That is exactly what we as humans do, the only difference is we have a conscience. The reward to embarking on this beautiful journey is to live and be in control of your life again.
